Unlocking Fellowships: Pathways to Graduate Student Funding

The workshop, hosted by the Fox Graduate School and various units throughout the University, is an opportunity for graduate students to gain insight into how to find external funding for research and scholarship and for undergraduate students to learn about funding opportunities should they attend graduate school.
The NASA Pennsylvania Space Grant Consortium invites graduate students from the College of Earth and Mineral Sciences to apply to the PSGC Graduate Research Fellowship Program at Penn State.
Award: Fellowships in the amount of $5,000 for the 2025-2026 academic year will be awarded to outstanding graduate students to promote master’s or doctoral degrees in fields aligned with NASA’s Mission Directorates.
Scholarships for the sophomore through senior years are awarded on the basis of academic excellence.
The completion of an online application between January 1 and April 15 is required in order to receive consideration.
