MatSE's greatest resource is our people. Without the knowledge and expertise of our faculty, staff, and students, we would not be able to carry out our mission to be the premiere materials science and engineering department in the world. As a result, the department, college and University all work continuously to provide the resources needed for our people to excel personally and professionally.
The Department of Materials Science and Engineering offers poster printing and framing to members of the department only. Faculty, staff, and students are required to design their own posters—the department is only responsible for printing and/or framing.
The Department of Materials Science and Engineering is committed to providing a safe working environment for all members of the department. We insist that all faculty, staff, students, and researchers always use safe work methods and practices. The safety and health efforts of this department are an integral part of our daily operations. In order to ensure the well-being of all those in the department, we will accept no less than full cooperation and participation in our safety practices and procedures.
