Research in Wang's group is centered on the development of novel nanostructured polymeric materials that possess unique electronic, photonic and biological properties. Our research is focused around two targets, aimed at exploring new functional molecular and macromolecular architectures, as well as structural property control by nanoscale directed- and self-assembly. Our interdisciplinary research effort includes organic/polymer synthesis, structural characterization, physical measurement, micro/nano-fabrication and polymer device engineering.
