The University has many video conferencing rooms available.

Audio/Video Conferencing
Audio Conferencing:
The MatSE Department has a speaker phone for use in Steidle conference rooms.
This is a Polycom SoundStation EX model that is a speaker phone and has automatic gain control.
This phone does not handle multiple callers. An audio bridge is needed for that capability. Telecommunications Services (TNS) offers this service.
Web Conferencing Services:
The University uses Adobe connect for web conferencing services.
