Conference Room Policy and Scheduling

Steidle Building Conference Room Policy:

Steidle Building conference rooms support academic pursuits such as study and collaboration. MatSE faculty and staff have priority use of these rooms. Students may reserve these rooms on an individual basis.

  • Conference rooms remain locked at all times. To obtain keys, see Andrea Michaels ( amp24@psu.edu ) in room 225A.
  • Conference rooms cannot be used as designated classrooms.
  • Please do not remove or disconnect any funiture and/or equipment from these rooms.
  • Projectors should be powered off and screens recessed at the end of the meeting.
  • Cleaning Supplies are provided for meetings with food and/or beverage.
  • Dispose of all trash and recyclables.
