The Women in Materials Science and Engineering Task Force recommended an ombudsperson for MatSE this past year. The Department is pleased to announce that Dr. Paul Howell will hold this position. This position will serve the needs of the students in MatSE and will assist in the MatSE community in solving problems and conflicts. Please see the attached detailed role of this position.
